Murrayfield Stadium Bag Policy
Murrayfield Stadium has announced a new ‘small bags only’ policy for international matches. Any bags over the size of A5 are not permitted into the stadium.
The exceptions to this new policy at BT Murrayfield are ticket holders who require bags for health or childcare reasons. Ticket holders with such requirements are asked to contact Scottish Rugby in advance by calling 0131 346 5160 or e-mailing [email protected]
Scottish Rugby has announced that this policy change is not in response to specific threats. The policy change is simply part of the stadium’s on-going review of security and to ensure that every ticket holder has a safe and enjoyable visit to Murrayfield.
Without bags, and therefore bag searches, ticket holders will be able to enter the stadium far more quickly – leaving you free to enjoy your day! Less time queueing, more time soaking up the atmosphere.
How to book luggage storage near Murrayfield
All bookings need to be made online on our Edinburgh luggage storage page.
